Samsung OfficeServ 500 Main Cabinet (KP500DMA/XAR)

The Samsung OfficeServ 500 Main Cabinet is a VoIP enabled digital telephone systems designed for small to medium size businesses. It can operate with the functionality of a square key system, PABX or a combination of both (hybrid). The OfficeServ 500 offers a variety of interface cards that allows connection to the public telephone network or to private networks.

▪ Is a VoIP enabled digital telephone system
▪ Eight interface card slots
▪ One dual purpose interface card / signal processor card slot
▪ One processor card slot
▪ Two power supply slots
▪ One IOM board slot for use when the cabinet is the main cabinet
▪ AC power connector
▪ Four DSPs for the DTMF and tone detection
▪ Includes power cord and mounting feet
▪ The cabinets may be utilized as either a main cabinet or an expansion cabinet
▪ Up to two additional cabinets can be added
▪ Two types of telephones can be connected:
     — Digital Keysets connecting via either DLI cards or Ethernet LAN communicating through MGI cards
     — Single Line Sets which connect to a SLI card
▪ A fully expanded system using the T1/PRI card can have a maximum of 352 lines or 360 stations
▪ Without the T1/PRI card the maximum number of lines is 208 and maximum number of stations is 360
▪ On a fully expanded system the maximum number of ports support by the system is 488
▪ Each cabinet of the system supports two power supply units
