The Station Message Detail Recording Device 6 (SMDR6) features:
▪ Connects to your Norstar Key System Unit (KSU) and records call activity
▪ Provides “Real Time Call Record” on incoming calls as they occur
▪ Provides information about:
─ Date and time of the call, and digits dialed
─ The originating and the terminating line or telephone
─ Whether an incoming call was answered
─ Elapsed time between origin of a call and when it was answered
─ Whether a call was transferred or put on hold
─ Call duration
─ Calls associated with Account codes
The SMDR6 is compatible with:
─ Norstar 308, 616 and 824 KSUs (DR2 or higher software versions)
─ Norstar-PLUS Modular ICS (Rel 1.0 or higher)
─ Compact ICS software versions (Rel 1.0 or higher)
