Our company has been ordering equipment from and working with American Telebrokers for decades. Heidi, Dale, Travis and Chris are all great people and always ready to go the extra mile to get us anything we need! Everything gets shipped and delivered quickly and always comes in great condition. They are always my first call anytime I need a piece of equipment. I highly recommend giving them a call for any telecom equipment needs!

We had an older Inter-Tel Axxess phone system power supply go out from a storm. I called in and worked with Dale to get a refurbished power supply sent overnight. He was great to work with. He made sure they had the power supply and that it was working before we had finished with the call. The power supply came in on time and the phones are back online. To top it off, Dale called me to make sure everything showed up and worked. This is some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. Thank you American Telebrokers and Dale for getting us back online.

Dale helped me rescue an aging Panasonic system (KX-TD816). from premature death. Customer service was (and is) fantastic! I'm a big fan!
